Both. Spark is one-shot. Growth Engine is a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum. Enterprise is a bespoke programme with a defined statement of work.

No. We use enterprise APIs with no-training terms (OpenAI Business, Anthropic, Gemini Enterprise) or self-hosted open-source. Your data doesn't leave your infrastructure without your explicit sign-off.

Retrieval-augmented, cited answers, and eval suites gate every prompt or model change. Agents are allowed to say 'I don't know', and we measure how often they should have.
